REMOVAL

HINT:

  • Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides.
  • The procedure described below is for the LH side.

1. REMOVE FRONT END PANEL LH (w/o Headlight Cleaner System) LIGHTING (EXT): HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL (2008 Sequoia)+

2. REMOVE FRONT END PANEL RH (w/o Headlight Cleaner System)

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

3. REMOVE FRONT END PANEL LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) LIGHTING (EXT): HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL (2008 Sequoia)+

4. REMOVE FRONT END PANEL RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

(a) Apply protective tape, as shown in the illustration.

(b) Using a screwdriver, remove the 2 pin hold clips.

HINT:

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(c) Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

HINT:

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(d) Remove the screw.

HINT:

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(e) Remove the 8 clips.

(f) Remove the 7 screws.

(g) Disengage the 4 claws and remove the front bumper cover.

(h) Disconnect the connectors.

HINT:

If vehicle equipped with fog lights or ultrasonic sensors, disconnect the connectors.
